Bast: (rhymes with 'lost) is the newest addition to the Goddess Series. (check out the 'purchase art' link above to see more in the series, or if you are interested in a print). She is the feline-headed Goddess of ancient Egypt. Although I did use a number of items in the final image that she is known for, I make no pretense that this is a true depiction. I allowed my creative muse free reign, and this was the result. She was painted by hand in Photoshop, using a graphics pad. She's also available as an ornamental tile. (tiles link below)
